1. Introduction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the processes, timeframes, and responsibilities associated with the fulfillment and delivery of orders placed with Dealnet INC. ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). By placing an order on our website, you ("customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
Our goal is to ensure your order is processed accurately and shipped efficiently. However, please be aware that shipping and delivery are complex processes involving multiple third-party carriers, and as such, certain aspects are beyond our direct control. This policy is designed to set clear expectations and provide a framework for resolving any issues that may arise.
2. Order Processing
2.1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays) after payment clearance and order verification. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
We prioritize shipment based on the order in which they were received and the time of final payment confirmation. A longer processing time may be required during peak sale periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen inventory discrepancies. In such cases, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you via email of any significant delays.
2.2. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention:
For the protection of all parties, Dealnet INC. reserves the right to subject any order to additional verification procedures. This may include, but is not limited to, address verification checks and confirmation of payment details. Orders that fail our verification process may be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued. We are not liable for any delays caused by these necessary security measures.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
3.1. Standard Shipping:
This is our most economical shipping option. We primarily utilize carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground for domestic shipments. The specific carrier is chosen at our discretion based on the destination, package dimensions, and cost efficiency. This service includes tracking information, but does not include insurance unless specifically noted.
3.2. Expedited Shipping:
For urgent deliveries, we offer expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-Day Air, Next-Day Air) at an additional cost. The availability and cost of these services will be displayed at checkout. Please note that "business days" do not include weekends or holidays. An order placed with 2-Day Air service on a Friday will typically be delivered on the following Tuesday.
3.3. Carrier Selection and Changes:
Dealnet INC. reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service level we deem most appropriate for your order, even if a specific carrier is suggested at checkout. We may, at our sole discretion, change the carrier for a shipment without prior notification to ensure the most reliable and timely delivery.
4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1. Domestic (U.S.) Deliveries:
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Fort Worth, TX, the typical delivery timeframe for standard shipping is 3 to 7 business days. Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed by Dealnet INC. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may experience additional delays of 1-3 business days.
4.2. International Deliveries:
We currently ship to a limited number of countries. The list of eligible countries is available at checkout. International delivery timeframes generally range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are highly variable and subject to the efficiency of the destination country's customs authorities. International shipments are not guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.
5. Shipping Restrictions
5.1. Address Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via certain carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS). If a P.O. Box is provided as the shipping address, we will automatically default to USPS. We also reserve the right to refuse shipment to addresses that are deemed high-risk or unverifiable.
5.2. High-Value or Restricted Items:
Orders that exceed a certain value threshold, as determined by Dealnet INC., may require a signature upon delivery. This is for the protection of both the customer and the Company. The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Failure to do so may result in the package being held at a local carrier facility for pickup or returned to us, incurring additional shipping fees.
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to local, state, or international regulations.
6. Important Notes & Customer Responsibilities
6.1. Address Accuracy:
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Please double-check your billing and shipping information before finalizing your order. Dealnet INC. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that reshipment will incur additional shipping fees, and the process may cause a delay of 7 or more business days.
6.2. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:
For international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Dealnet INC. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 6.3. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. It is your responsibility to monitor your package's progress. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at ryan@dealnetinc.com.
7. Delivery Delays & Issues
Despite our best efforts and those of our carrier partners, delays can occur. The following are common scenarios and the required steps for resolution.
7.1. Carrier Delays:
Carriers may experience delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, peak shipping volumes, mechanical failures, or other logistical issues. Dealnet INC. cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed over and a tracking number has been provided.
7.2. Package Shows "Delivered" But Not Received:
If the tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your property, including porches, garages, and with neighbors.
- Contact your local post office or carrier hub with your tracking number for more precise delivery details.
- If the package is confirmed lost, file a claim with the carrier immediately.
- Contact us to inform us of the situation. While we are not liable for packages marked as delivered, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Resolution of such claims is at the sole discretion of the carrier and may take 7-14 business days.
7.3. Damaged Package:
If your package arrives with visible damage:
- Do not refuse the delivery. Accept the package and note "Damaged" on the carrier's delivery device if possible.
- Immediately take photos of the damaged exterior box and the damaged product inside. This evidence is crucial.
- Contact us at ryan@dealnetinc.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photographic evidence. We will guide you through the next steps, which may include filing a damage claim with the carrier.
7.4. No Tracking Updates:
If there are no tracking updates for 5 or more consecutive business days after the label was created, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate your shipment.
8. Policy Adjustments & Order Modifications
8.1. Split Shipments:
If your order contains multiple items that are not all available for immediate shipment, we reserve the right to ship the available products first and the remaining items in a separate shipment at a later date. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments initiated by us.
8.2. Order Cancellation or Modification:
Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, you have a very limited window to request a cancellation or modification. Our "All Sales Are Final" policy, as detailed in our Return Policy, will then apply.
