1. Introduction & Our Commitment

Welcome to Dealnet INC. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This comprehensive policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales, returns, refunds, and exchanges. By placing an order with Dealnet INC., you, the customer, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this document.

Our fundamental principle is that all sales are considered final upon order confirmation and payment processing. We operate with a strict no-cancellation, no-modification, and generally no-refund policy after an order has been paid for and entered into our fulfillment system. This is essential for maintaining our low wholesale prices and efficient operational workflow.

The only exceptions to this final sale rule are explicitly detailed in the sections below, primarily concerning products with major, verifiable quality defects that render them non-functional or unsafe. We do not accept returns for reasons of buyer's remorse, accidental orders, compatibility issues (unless we provided incorrect compatibility information), or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the core functionality of the product.

2. General Guidelines & Eligibility Criteria

For any request to be considered under this policy, the following non-negotiable conditions must be met in full:

2.1. Condition Requirements:

  • Major Quality Defect: The product must have a significant, inherent flaw in workmanship or materials that substantially impedes its primary intended use. This does not include normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
  • Unused and Unaltered: The item must be in the exact same condition as when it was shipped to you. It must not have been used, installed, altered, washed, or modified in any way.
  • Original Packaging: All original manufacturer's packaging, including boxes, inserts, plastic clamshells, bags, and all included documentation (manuals, warranty cards), must be present and in saleable condition. The packaging is considered an integral part of the product.
  • Tags and Accessories: All tags, labels, and accessories (such as cables, chargers, remote controls, etc.) that were originally included must be attached and returned.
  • Valid Proof of Purchase: A clear and legible copy of the original sales receipt or invoice from Dealnet INC. is mandatory for all requests. The invoice must match the product in question.

2.2. Initiation Process — Authorization is Mandatory:

Under no circumstances should a product be shipped back to us without prior written authorization from our customer service team. Returns that arrive at our facility without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the exterior of the box will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense, or disposed of after a 30-day holding period.

To initiate a request, you must contact our team within a reasonable timeframe (typically 2 calendar days from the date of delivery) via:

You must provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting evidence as required. Our team will review your request and, if it preliminarily meets the eligibility criteria, will issue an RMA number and specific return shipping instructions. This RMA number is valid for 2 calendar days from the date of issuance.

3. Detailed Process for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

3.1. Shipping Damage:

If you receive a product that has visible physical damage to the box or the product itself, it is your responsibility to note this with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery, if possible. You must:

  1. Report Immediately: Contact us via email at ryan@dealnetinc.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Evidence: Submit clear, high-resolution photographs or a short video that clearly shows the external shipping box (with all labels) and the damage to the product itself from multiple angles. This evidence is crucial for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  3. Do Not Discard Packaging: Retain all original packaging, including the damaged box, until the issue is resolved. The carrier may require an inspection.

3.2. Quality Defects or Non-Conformity:

If you discover a major functional defect or receive an incorrect item (wrong model, color, or product entirely), you must:

  1. Report Promptly: Contact us within 2 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Document the Issue: Provide clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the defect or the discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received. For functional defects, a video showing the product in its intended use environment and clearly failing to operate is required.
  3. Await Instruction: Our technical team may require further troubleshooting. Based on our assessment, we will authorize a return, exchange, or issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

4. Resolution Paths

Upon receipt and inspection of the authorized return, Dealnet INC. will determine the appropriate resolution. Our decision, based on the condition of the returned item and the nature of the issue, is final.

  • Approved Refund: If a return is approved for a refund, it will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we have processed it. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Exchange: In some cases, and subject to availability, we may offer a direct exchange for an identical item.
  • Store Credit: In lieu of a refund, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit for the value of the product, minus any restocking fees.
  • Denial: If the returned item does not meet the condition requirements outlined in Section 2.1, the return will be denied. The item will be returned to you at your expense, or you may forfeit the item after notification.

5. Marketplace & Intellectual Property Disclaimers

5.1. Marketplace Selling Restrictions:

Dealnet INC. operates as a wholesaler. We are not responsible for, and do not guarantee, the sellability or compliance of any product on any specific online marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or others. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, as the seller on these platforms, to ensure that the products they purchase from us comply with all marketplace-specific rules, regulations, brand gating requirements, category approvals, and terms of service. We shall not be held liable for any account suspensions, listing suppressions, or other penalties incurred on any marketplace as a result of selling products sourced from Dealnet INC.

5.2. Intellectual Property:

Dealnet INC. is a distributor of goods. We do not claim ownership of any intellectual property (IP) associated with the products we sell, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade dress. All such intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners and manufacturers. The presentation of products in our catalogs, websites, or other channels does not constitute a claim of IP ownership. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their resale of products does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Dealnet INC. will not be held liable for any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from the resale of products purchased from us.

6. Product Sourcing & "As-Is" Sales

To provide a diverse and competitive product catalog, Dealnet INC. sources its inventory through various channels. These may include, but are not limited to, manufacturers, authorized distributors, wholesalers, closeout deals, and liquidation companies. As such, the packaging and documentation for some items may vary from standard retail versions. Some items may be classified as "new other" or may lack original manufacturer packaging. Any such condition will be noted in the product description at the time of sale.

Purchases from clearance or liquidation categories are always considered final sale and are sold "as-is," with no returns or refunds accepted for any reason.

7. Policy Adjustments & Limitations of Liability

7.1. Amendments to Policy:

Dealnet INC. reserves the unequivocal right to amend, modify, or update this Return, Refund, and General Sales Policy at any time and for any reason without prior notice to customers. The most current version of the policy will always be posted on our website or available upon request. It is the customer's responsibility to review the policy periodically for any changes.

7.2. Sole Discretion:

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify eligibility criteria, condition requirements, and timeframes.
  • Decline any return or refund request that does not strictly comply with this policy.
  • Determine the appropriate resolution (refund, exchange, store credit, or denial) on a case-by-case basis at our sole and absolute discretion.

7.3. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Dealnet INC., its employees, and affiliates, for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased from us. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption.
